Thank you for choosing Formula 9X! We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and ensuring your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. This policy outlines our shipping and handling procedures.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on a business day, or on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders.

We partner with reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure your package is delivered securely.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 72 hours of the email being sent. You can use this number to track the status of your package.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping availability and costs will be calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

5. Shipping Restrictions and Limitations

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Formula 9X is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by carrier service interruptions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@formula9x.com with your order number. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
